Meet Noreen

Noreen has provided professional development to leaders in a variety of industries.  While Noreen's background is  an educator, administrator, and staff developer for schools,...most recently, she has also worked under the guidance of Dr. Karen Knops, Founder of Ascending Bridges in building collaborative communities in the Health Care Industry.

Noreen is a master classroom teacher with over 25 years of experience   as a teacher and professional developer in schools in NY and NJ, such as the Ridgewood Public Schools.  She has earned the prestigious title of "Teacher of the Year" in Ridgewood, NJ.

Noreen served as a Staff Developer and Technology Innovation Specialist for the District before becoming an administrator in New York serving as both Assistant Principal and then Principal in Garnerville, New York.

Noreen has been providing consulting services privately to leaders and also to school districts in NY and NJ on topics such as 

Effective Feedback, Building Empathy through Improv, and Creating Collaborative Cultures.

Noreen is also the former 

Artistic Director and Founder of Stage Right Performing Arts for students. 

She has trained and mentored hundreds of young students ages 4 to 15 for 17 years.
